Part 2 Assistant or newly qualified Architect required

 

We are a busy, medium sized practice, operating from our Coulsdon premises, 5 minutes walk from the station, with projects covering residential and commercial sectors, and also some ecclesiastical and heritage projects.

 

The role will involve developing feasibility studies, presentation drawings and submitting planning applications, reporting to a Director. Great opportunity for career progression with technical and site involvement if desired.

 

Competent AutoCad and Sketch Up skills required, plus knowledge of the Building Regulations and the London Plan would be beneficial.
